It Started as a Humble Homestead
It started simple.
With a country-called couple,
a garden, and a hand-built coop.

Our relationship blossomed,
and so did our homestead.
Moving in together on four acres
we added a modest garden.
The garden meant more from-scratch cooking,
and extra produce led to canning.
And then came the quail.

Still enjoying a modest beginning, we offer fresh, ranch-raised quail eggs by the dozen at farm stands in North Texas in Fannin, Grayson, and Collin counties.

We're in the midst of launching canned provisions at the same farm stands whose customers enjoy our quail eggs. From pickled goods, to pie fillings, to savory soups, our from-scratch recipes are perfect for easy reheating or adding to your own family-inspired dishes.

We believe in farm to table, every day of the week.
The best way to do this is to raise your own food.
We raise our birds on our homestead where they are carefully watched over, shielded from harsh elements, and fed nutritious substance. And we grow our produce in the gardens on our acreage, just steps from our own back door.
